CPD - Submit 1st CPD assessment form

All registered members have to submit a mid-year CPD self-assessment form online.  This self-assessment form assists members to evaluate the progress of their CPD activities during the first six months of the year.


Please note:  This self-assessment form is an automated system, whereby you will be sent a form to complete electronically.  This can NOT be done manually.  To ensure that you receive this automated e-mail, please notify us if you have changed your contact details (phone/e-mail address) accordingly.
