CPD - Submit 2nd Self-Assessment Form

All registered members have to submit a final CPD self-assessment form on-line.  This self-assessment form assists members to evaluate the progress of their CPD activities at the end of the year.


Please note:  This self-assessment form is an automated system, whereby you will be sent a form to complete electronically.  This can NOT be done manually.  To ensure that you receive this automated e-mail, please notify us if you have changed your contact details (phone/e-mail address) accordingly.
