Organisational Case Studies With Learning Points
In this section of the toolkit we have written up, from published sources, case studies of organisations which experienced sexual harassment complaints which had serious consequences for the organisation. Learning points are included in the case study and it is recommended that HR teams use these case studies for discussion within the team to reflect on the lessons learned and what their organisation needs to learn from them.
