As part of improving an organisation’s capability to prevent and deal with sexual harassment in the workplace, it is important to gather data and to critically review the lessons learned from each case of sexual harassment. In addition, there is often some ‘post traumatic’ intervention that is needed with the affected work teams, to prevent the impact having a continuing adverse effect on employee morale.
